Okay. Is there any agenda order of business for the LPA? Don't believe so. Okay. In that case, then we will go into public comments. Public comments is now open for the local planning agency meeting. Anyone who would like to speak, please approach the podium, state your name and address for the record. I'd also like to remind our guests that we have changed the form in which you register to speak for public comments. You now can visit the city clerk's station and sign the QR code. Pre-register, if you're not pre-registered, no fear, you can still come up to the podium and speak. Anyone who would like to speak at this time, please approach the podium. Item 5A, a resolution of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Doral, Florida, sitting as a local planning agency, recommending approval, denial of, or going forward without a recommendation to the local governing body, an amendment to the City's official zoning map for two contiguous parcels from Industrial Commercial IC to Corridor Commercial CC, for the northern parcel of the property 3530170010180, and from General Use GU to Corridor Commercial for the southern parcel of the property 3530170010190, for the plus or minus 3.25 ARPA parcel generally located south of Northwest 74th Street and west of 102 Avenue and providing for an effective date. All right.

I believe that we can transmit this item without a recommendation to the to the board. If not, okay, perfect.
