City Council - Special Meeting

All right. I'd like to call to order the special meeting for Tuesday, November 4th, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. If you would just rise for an invitation, please. [snorts] Heavenly Father, we thank you for this day and we ask for discernment with our decisions and our actions tonight, Lord, as a counsel. We pray for those present and for their trip back home, Lord, that you protect and watch over them. Help us and guide us, Lord, in all we do. We pray this in Jesus name. Amen. Amen.

All right. Pledge of Allegiance, United States of America. We have a quorum for a special meeting and we are now going to go into executive session in accordance with the provisions of Texas Open Meetings Law Subchapter D Government Code Vernon's Texas codes annotated in accordance with section 551.074 074 personnel matters regarding the city administrator. Section 551072 regarding real property deliberations. Section 551074 personnel modders matters to wit convention and visitors bureau director. Section 551071 consultation with an attorney regarding interlocal agreements.
