Just a few items. On May 16, we will have planting day along Hilliard Boulevard for anyone who actually has reserved a flower box. We are trying to encourage people to recognize it's the two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of our country so we're encouraging people to try to use red white and blue if they can find blue flowers if not at least the red and white and something that might resemble some blue. The grand opening of the newly renovated recreation center, park, fields, and playground will take place on Saturday, May 16 from noon till 2PM we're asking everyone to join us for the ceremony we'll have children demonstrating their skills with respect to the activity on the field and then we'll have inflatable snacks and refreshments and then the another reminder the Memorial Day parade sponsored by the Westlake Kiwanis Club will be held on Monday May 25 at ten a. M.

The first item was this was a discussion regarding ebike regulations.

After discussion, it was it was determined that the council will not move forward at this time with any proposed charter amendments, and we'll follow our normal charter amend schedule, which will be in 2029. The third item discussed was compensation study. The outcome of that item was it was it was agreed that the mayor of finance director human resources will prepare requests for proposals to get informal quotes, and then counsel will review those quotes and decide if going forward with such a study is advisable.
