This is another instance where we received the invoice before we ever issued a purchase order. Some of these companies are really late with letting us know what the price would be so we could prepare a purchase requisition or purchase order first. Just a few items. On May 16, we will have planting day along Hilliard Boulevard for anyone who actually has reserved a flower box. We are trying to encourage people to recognize it's the two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of our country so we're encouraging people to try to use red white and blue if they can find blue flowers if not at least the red and white and something that might resemble some blue. The grand opening of the newly renovated recreation center, park, fields, and playground will take place on Saturday, May 16 from noon till 2PM we're asking everyone to join us for the ceremony we'll have children demonstrating their skills with respect to the activity on the field and then we'll have inflatable snacks and refreshments and then the another reminder the Memorial Day parade sponsored by the Westlake Kiwanis Club will be held on Monday May 25 at ten a. M.

The meeting convened at 06:45. We had a number of items on the agenda. The first was discussing a zoning map amendment application from Luthernheim Concord Reserve to change the zoning from on 2116 And 2154 Dover Center Road from RMF 24 to Health Care Campus. Since we distribute the meetings before the meetings, I'll suspend reading the entire minutes. That item had a motion connected to it where by mister D'Arregno to move and seconded by councilman Getzey to recommend the council's election to be drafted to this request, that motion carried two zero. And I will go ahead and make that motion to draft legislation at this time.

It's a corner parcel to change the zoning from office building to general business to align with established commercial corridor. And I will note that motion, to recommend approval of '20 or 02/2644 was also approved to nothing. Next item was ordinance 26 dash 46 amending section one twenty one point one five.

It's a submission of reports. I will note that that ordinance was recommended for approval two zero also. Next item discussion of ordinance 26 or twenty twenty six dash 52 amending section one two two six point o two c two d one as to preschool facilities in the shopping center district, and that motion was also recommended for approval two zero. And the final item was a discussion regarding code inconsistencies as rubbish pickup. Also present were mayor Dennis Kluff, law director Michael Maloney, finance director Prashant Shah, and police captain Gerald Vogel. Meeting convened at 7PM. There were three items discussed. The first item was this was a discussion regarding ebike regulations.

That matter will be further discussed in the future safety committee meeting at the discretion of of chair Nenari. The second item was the discussion of possible charter amendments. After discussion, it was it was determined that the council will not move forward at this time with any proposed charter amendments, and we'll follow our normal charter amend schedule, which will be in 2029. The third item discussed was compensation study. The outcome of that item was it was it was agreed that the mayor of finance director human resources will prepare requests for proposals to get informal quotes, and then counsel will review those quotes and decide if going forward with such a study is advisable.

Discussed were agenda items, selected correspondence, as well as our community service award, which we just heard, the fire collective bargaining process that they have concluded the first hearing, and the second hearing has been scheduled, and the council recess in the month of August. Inside of the committee of the hall, we did go into executive session at 07:45. A motion was made by council member Nenari, seconded by council member Del Reigno to discuss real estate. That motion was roll call vote, I'm sorry, was unanimous to go into executive session. Also present were mayor Clough, law director Maloney, finance director Shaw, and planning director Bedell.
