The next item is an ordinance of the Village of Key Biscayne, Florida, amending Chapter 30, Zoning and Land Development Regulations of the Village Code of Ordinances by amending Section 30-191 prohibited signs and Section 30-195 non-residential district signs to permit monument signs in the C1 Low Intensity Commercial District and the Institutional District, providing for severability, providing for codification, providing for conflicts, and providing for an effective date.
