City Council - Regular Meeting

Good morning. My name is Matthew Cleaves and this is what's happening at City Hall. This is a reminder that dogs within city limits are required to be licensed and vaccinated against rabies starting on July 1st. We've launched a new partnership with DocuPet to make dog licensing easier and provide additional benefits for pet owners. Residents can learn more about this and register online through the city's website or the DocuPet portal. I want to highlight that the fees paid under this program will be used to support the Columbia Gorge Humane Society which provides critical services to our community. The city is also rolling out an updated brand that includes a refreshed logo and new visual identity materials. Over the coming months, the public will begin seeing the updated branding on city documents, social media, web pages, and other communications. This updated brand highlights the character and identity of the Dalles while helping create a more consistent experience across city communications.
