Recommended motion: I move for the second reading and adoption by roll call vote of an ordinance to amend the Bend Development Code, Chapter 2.7, Special Planned Districts, Refinement Plans, Area Plans and Master Plans, to create The Cavvy Master Planned Development, with a condition that the applicant submit a final major community master plan to the City that depicts the proposal as approved and incorporates all conditions of approval contained in the decision.
