District Attorney - Approve the retroactive promotion/change in title for Matthew Metzger

Matthew Metzger, from full-time Assistant District Attorney 2, District Attorney, (p.c. #22107, exempt), at SG-20B(02)-$41.93/hour, to full-time Deputy District Attorney-Trial Division, District Attorney, (p.c. #22105, exempt), at SG-21C(03)-$43.63/hour, effective February 9, 2026, pay period 05. District Attorney Bernie Cantorna is requesting Mr. Metzger be placed at SG-21E(05)-$45.39/hour. Salary budget impact for 2026 $4,846, annualized salary impact for 2027 $6,058 - Dept. 221.
