All right. Uh let's next on the agenda is correction approval of minutes from our last meeting on October 28th. Any objections to the mittens the minutes? No. No. All right. See no objections, corrections, edits. Um I will uh declare the minutes approved. Um next is public comment. But seeing nobody in the audience and no one online, I'm going to move to the next item on the agenda. Um uh next on the agenda is discussion and recommendation on the the final uh uh Brookstone phase 9. Drake.
Uh pretty simple tonight. This is the final phase of the Brookstone development phase nine. Uh the final plat is uh before you. Um preliminary plat was approved years ago. Um and so this is um [clears throat] the final phase and the final plat to be approved for this uh Brookstone Meadows subdivision. Um it'll go forward to city council with uh your recommendation one way or the other. Staff does recommend approval. Um if there's any questions I can answer them but it's consistent with the uh development agreement that we um adopted uh many years ago for the previous phases and um we'll follow a similar buildout.

Uh, just a reminder, our December plan commission is December 18th. That's a Thursday. Um, you may have heard some conversations about public hearings for a future land use map amendment and zoning change amendment for lands currently owned by Lake Mills Golf Course. Uh, we did have a conversation with the developer and so in anticipation of significant interest in public comment. Um they did agree uh we asked and they did agree to uh delay that until after the holidays um just to ensure nobody has to alter their travel plans and everybody has an opportunity to be able to speak when that does come on the agenda. Letters were sent out um notifying people of that change um and new letters will go out when the public hearings are scheduled. Uh that change does not alter the uh developers holding on their own valition a meeting on December 17th um and a public information meeting, neighborhood meeting um for questions to be asked of them as well. So that has not changed. Um my understanding is is that invitations were sent out to uh individuals in that area um as well. Um so um no um that those items will not be on the December 18th uh agenda. Um and uh people can keep a lookout for um new notices once that is rescheduled.
