And the chair is here. Everybody's here and accounted for. Um, presentation tomorrow evening is naming March as women's history month. Consent agenda C1 is approval of the minute. C2 is a resolution accepting public streets and storm drainage facilities at Spice Tree Drive at Maple Avenue. Public hearings. PH1 is an ordinance amending the official zoning maps of the city of Wilmington to reszone property containing 0.38 acres located at 5324 Riceville Avenue from R15 moderate density single dwelling district to R5 CD medium density mixed residential conditional district for residential development ordinances 01A is an ordinance making supplemental appropriations in the amount of 140,300 to the to allow for reallocation of funding within the American Rescue Plan Act projects. This was continued from our February 17th meeting. And then 01B is a resolution adding 140,300 and American Rescue Act plan funds to the Salvation Army Roadway Reimbursement Contract and also continued from our February 17th meeting. And then resolutions is resolution authorizing city manager to enter into an agreement with Landmark Asset Services Incorporated for loan forgiveness to preserve affordable housing.

Uh my understanding is the reason we continued this from the last meeting is because we wanted to hear from the partners who were administering the program. Are we expecting them tomorrow night? Have we heard back from them? So, at at this point in time, uh, Council Member Sanuido, we do have a presentation that we can share with the information that staff has. Um, we have reached out to the recipients. We have heard back from one, but it was Friday. So, with staff being tied up, um, we'll attempt to make contact today to see if they're available. Um, but the others thus far have not been responsive to the outreach. Um, but we'll continue to make that effort between now and tomorrow night. And even if they're not able to make it, I think any response from them would be really helpful for us. Thanks. We'll follow up. Thank you.
