Request for approval of Resolution No. 2026-82, Southwest Community Redevelopment Agency Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
Background: Florida Statute 163 requires that the CRA board hold a public hearing to amend a budget by resolution each fiscal year. There is $245,475 of available funds that are required to be allocated toward eligible projects. Staff are requesting a budget amendment for this amount to be obligated for additional sidewalk repair and road resurfacing within the district per Exhibit A so it can be incorporated into the City's final amended budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. Upon approval of this item, authorizes all necessary actions, documents, or budget transfers to facilitate Board approval and further authorizes the City Manager to sign any documents necessary to further Southwest Deltona Community Redevelopment Agency approval of this item.
