Persons wishing to address the Planning Commission regarding items not on the agenda may do so during the Public Forum. In order for all speakers to be heard, the Commission normally limits individuals’ comments to 3 minutes.

Consent Calendar
At the beginning of the consent calendar agenda item, staff will make a recommendation of agenda items to be moved to the consent calendar. Consent Calendar items are considered to be routine by the Commission and will be enacted by one motion. By approval of the Consent Calendar, the findings and conditions of approval will be adopted unless otherwise modified by the Commission. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commission Member or a member of the audience requests removal of the items from the Consent Calendar.

Removal of Applications from Regular Session to Consent Calendar.
Applications that receive unanimous Planning Commission approval by consent will be placed on the Consent Calendar prior to consideration of the remaining applications on the Regular Session agenda.
INFORMATIONAL REPORT ON PERMIT APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AND APPROVED
The Director of Planning & Building will provide information on the number of permit applications received and processed during the previous month.
DESIGN REVIEW PERMIT 64 King Avenue DRPC2026-005
The application proposes to install hardscape and landscape improvements throughout the property including new retaining walls, renovated pool, hardscape and landscape improvements, relocate an existing electrical panel, install new exterior lighting and landscaping lighting, and make several other associated exterior and site modifications. CEQA Determination: The project is categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, Existing Facilities, 15303, New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures and 15304, Minor Alterations to Land because it consists of improvements to an existing residence, construction of an accessory or appurtenant structure (retaining wall), and new and replaced landscaping.
DESIGN REVIEW PERMIT 24 Muir Avenue DRFW2026-006
The application proposes to expand an existing dormer into an approximately 686-square-foot living space and install new and replaced window and doors on the north, south and east sides of the residence, install new exterior lighting, replace an existing window with doors on the west side of an accessory structure, and make several other associated interior and exterior modifications. CEQA Determination: The project is categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15301, Existing Facilities, because it consists of an improvements to an existing structure (primary residence and accessory structure).
