Our chairman, Mr. Pete Wilson has a big birthday coming up. So, Friday the 23rd, everybody remember Pete Wilson's birthday. So, happy early birthday. Thank you very much. [laughter]
I have two things. Um last week with the uh walk for peace with the the monks. um heard a lot of great comments about the sheriff's department and and everything they did to make that a um peaceful event and you know no hiccups through all of that. So thanks to the sheriff's department for that. Also um Brian Hester and Mr. Jeremy Ward went to the uh Great Falls forward together group on Tuesday night and uh I've heard a lot of good things about their presentation of that group. So, thank you for doing that.
I'd like to say as a member of the uh MLK parade committee and uh the city of Chester, I want to thank everybody from the county and everybody from the um Chester County who participated in the parade and everybody from Chester County who participated in the parade. I'd like to thank you guys for uh participating and um helping the city of Chester and Martin Luther King parade committee celebrate 34 years. I think it was 34 years of that parade. So, thank you. [clears throat] I want to just say I want to thank Mr. Ha for all the work he's done for this county. this county ain't never been in this shape. And I want to apprec I want to thank you for everything you've been doing a great job. We ain't never been like this. And just keep up the good work and I'll support you 100%. Right. Um, Councilman Guy um prayed for his family at the beginning of the meeting, but Councilman William Stevenson passed away um over the weekend. And so he served on this council from 2001 to 2004 and certainly want to keep keep his family in our prayers. He uh he's a big part of the Armenia community and and Larry's as well. Um he's credited for for being one of the one of the founders of the Larry's Christmas Parade. rode his horse and a big red suit and really kept things in order. He was he was very intentional to make sure that Larry's parade was different, horses and tractors only and that continues today. And so um a lot of ways he um he did a lot of big things for the community and so he will certainly be missed. There's no other council comments. I will entertain a motion to adjurnn.
I'll make a motion we adjurnn. Second. All right. on February right in S.
