Okay, the time is now 1:02 and this is the May 15th Boise City Planning Public Work Session for CFH2500101 with Rodney Evans and partner located at 10512 West Hill Road Parkway. So, a reminder this is a category 3 hillside development permit for the grading associated with a residential subdivision on 8.18 acres and a pending R1C HSO residential traditional with hillside development overlay zone. And the purpose of today's public work session is to discuss grading and potential phasing. And I will turn it over to the applicant. Thank you, Doug. Uh Ben Sample with Rodney Evans and Partners, 1450 West Bannock Street, Boise, Idaho 83702. Um yeah, we've got the 36-lot subdivision. Um got Kent Adamson here with River Edge Engineering, a professional civil engineer that's working on the grading and drainage plan. Um work through a couple items, got some additional deep borings that just got completed on the site uh to identify if there's any uh interesting soil layers uh within this spot. Um Initial feedback is that there isn't, so we should be um pretty comfortable with the proposal as it is. Uh we're you know, like three to one slopes maximum on everything. We've hit all of the hillside uh recommendations for wall separation um and heights in their locate respective locations. Um and we're working through some gravity irrigation stuff for uh that may impact some of the grading um to route that through the site. And working with ACHD on our disposal at the base of the entry drive cuz we will
have our facility within the right-of-way, but we're talking to them about license agreements already. So, I'd be happy to answer any questions if anybody has any or if I can't answer them, Ken is here. And I believe the client, the land developer of the project is online as well. Thank you.
