Item: Resolution and Call for Sealed Bids for Old Hwy 99 at Intersections of Sargent Rd and 201st Ave, CP# 61548

Department: Public Works Contact: Matt Unzelman, County Engineer Consent action: Move to approve the Resolution and Call for Sealed Bids and authorize the County Engineer to set the bid date and time for receipt and opening of said bids for Old Hwy 99 at Intersections of Sargent Rd and 201st Ave, CP# 61548.

Item: Resolution Correcting Right of Way Dedication: Delphi Road SW and 101st Ave SW

Department: Public Works Contact: Matt Unzelman, County Engineer Consent action: Move to approve the resolution correcting Resolution No. 16521 dedicating right of way on Delphi Road SW and 101st Ave SW for future road improvement projects as outlined in the resolution.

Item: Resolution to Declare Parcel Number 13723410100 Surplus Property

Department: Public Works Contact: Matt Unzelman, County Engineer Consent action: Move to approve a resolution declaring Thurston County Parcel number 13723410100 as surplus property and authorize the Public Works Director to proceed with the sale of the property per Thurston County Code 2.104.

Item: Set a Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of the 2026 Thurston County Road Standards

Department: Public Works Contact: Matt Unzelman, County Engineer Consent action: Move to set a public hearing for September 15, 2026 at 3:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to formally receive testimony and consider the adoption of the 2026 Thurston County Road Standards and authorize the Clerk of the Board to adjust the date and time of the hearing as needed.

Item: Interlocal Agreement for a School Resource Officer in the Tenino School District During the 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 School Years

Department: Sheriff's Office Contact: Ruben Mancillas, Undersheriff Consent action: Move to approve the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Tenino for $40,000.00 per school year for the Thurston County Sheriff's Office to provide a full time School Resource Officer in the Tenino School District during the 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 school years, and authorize the Sheriff to execute the agreement and any amendments that do not exceed 10%.

Item: Request for Proposals for Procurement of Equipment and Services to Repower a 2013 Safe Boat

Department: Sheriff's Office Contact: Ruben Mancillas, Undersheriff Consent action: Move to authorize the Sheriff's office to issue a Request for Proposals for the procurement of equipment and services to repower a 2013 Safe Boat and authorize the Sheriff or designee to execute a contract for the equipment and services with the successful bidder.
