Department: Public Works Contact: Matt Unzelman, County Engineer Consent action: Move to approve the Resolution and Call for Sealed Bids and authorize the County Engineer to set the bid date and time for receipt and opening of said bids for Old Hwy 99 at Intersections of Sargent Rd and 201st Ave, CP# 61548.
Item: Resolution Correcting Right of Way Dedication: Delphi Road SW and 101st Ave SW

Item: Interlocal Agreement for a School Resource Officer in the Tenino School District During the 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 School Years
Department: Sheriff's Office Contact: Ruben Mancillas, Undersheriff Consent action: Move to approve the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Tenino for $40,000.00 per school year for the Thurston County Sheriff's Office to provide a full time School Resource Officer in the Tenino School District during the 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 school years, and authorize the Sheriff to execute the agreement and any amendments that do not exceed 10%.
