Continued Public Hearing: 9 Cee Jay Terrace #2025-09 Gerald Saphire (Owner), DiPlacido Development Corp. (Applicant) are seeking a Special Permit to construct a single-family dwelling on a claimed pre-existing non-conforming lot in accordance with Wrentham General Code §390-3.4, §390-9, §390-15.5(C)(5) and M.G.L. Ch. 40A §6 for the parcel located at Map-Block-Parcel N-11-5-12, Zoning District R-43 at 9 Cee Jay Terrace.
This matter is being heard pursuant to a Remand Order of the Land Court (Docket No. 25 Misc. 000589), which states, among other things, “the Zoning Board may reconsider its decision in light of the applicant’s expressed willingness to make modifications to its application.”
