Request for Certificate of Compliance – NOI 19-007 – 0 East Main St.
Bridgetown, LLC. is requesting a Certificate of Compliance to close out an Order of Conditions (OOC) and a Restoration Plan for the property that was issued on January 22, 2020. The OOC and the restoration plan were the result of an Enforcement Order issued to the Applicant in April of 2019 for clearing and grubbing vegetation in Riverfront Area without approval. No work ever commenced to rectify the violation regarding the OOC or Restoration Plan.
