Is the results of the investigation conducted by the Excise Division regarding the requirement for signatures within the petition circle, first being property owners, the second being qualified tenants, any objection to the introduction of the results of that investigation?

No, sir.

In terms of property owners, there's a total of 66 within the petition circle, majority of which is 34. The applicant secured 40 with an overage of six. And qualified tenants' occupants, there's a total of 90, majority of which is 46. The applicant secured 46 in the majority. So everything is already there. I see no reason why this premises would be a decremented neighborhood. So at this time, I'm approving the application. Okay, the application has been approved. The hearing is concluded. We're now going with the record change. We're now on a record in the matter of a liquor license application for a summer garden at Concordia Gymnastics Society, through the business as Concordia Gymnastics Society, at 6432 Gravel. President of the hearing is Ms. Donna Wisdom, White Control Officer Donna Wisdom, who's the White Control Officer for the Excise Division of St. Louis. And Ms. Lisa Berman, who's the principal in the management of the Concordia Gymnastics Society. Miles McDonald, the Excise Commissioner for the City of St. Louis. Like I said, this is regarding a summer garden. And nobody is here protesting or complaining about it. This premises has never had any problems at all.
