Welcome Joe. A very simple textual amendment here to our project agreement, once again for the Boot Street project. We also now call this the Elroa at the Banks project. It is the name that the promoter has chosen for the buildings themselves, but it is a mixed-use development that will take place there on Boutsa Street and Washington Street, two distinct buildings, housing a total of 66 multifamily units, about 5.000 sq.m. of retail and 6.000 sq.m. of interior space for its tenants. Our initial project agreement was scheduled to close on September 31 of this year. And despite our sustained efforts and our constant progress on this issue, we will have to postpone this date. We have asked for an extension until January 1st of this year, but I would tell you that, as evidenced by the action of the Reinvestment Commission that we have just undertaken last Friday, we will close well before that.
