Supervisor Decker. Thank you, Madam Chair. I wish to honor the life and legacy of Stanley Kirkman, a dedicated public servant, loving family man, and community leader. Stanley served the people of Kenosha County with distinction for 24 years as a county board supervisor from 1968 to 1992 and as a county board chairman during the 1982 to 1984 term. He was also a longtime chairman of the Land Hughes Committee where his leadership helped shape the development of our county. His commitment to service was matched only by his dedication to his family and his faith. He spent his life in the Wheatland area where he was deeply involved in his church, St. Alfonses, and his community. Stanley's contributions extended beyond government. He worked in the

construction industry and alongside his brothers helped build the successful Kirkman Brothers Construction. He also shared his love of music with others, performing for nursing home residents and singing in the church choir. His warmth, generosity, and willingness to give back to those around him made him a beloved figure in our community. Stanley's passing on December 30th, 2025 leaves a lasting void, but his legacy will live on in the many lives he touched through his work on the county board, his family, and his service to others. Our thoughts are with the entire Kirkman family during this time. May we all remember the selflessness and dedication that Stanley embodied and may we carry forward his commitment to service in our own work here on the county board. Let us enter into a moment of silence for Stanley Kirkman. Thank you. Thank you, Supervisor Decker. Any other supervisor reports?
