AGCOMM - Retroactive Approval of Agreement No. 25-0332-000-SG Between San Joaquin County and the California Department of Food and Agriculture for the Weed Management Area Program for the Period of July 1, 2025 Through June 30, 2028, for an Amount Not to Exceed $120,000.00.

There was a written threat of litigation against the County in connection with a matter that was agendized for the April 28, 2026 board meeting. While that matter was pulled from the agenda, there is a strong possibility it may be agendized again in the near future. The written threat of litigation is attached in the Board Packet.
