City Council - Regular Meeting

The City Council received an update on the comprehensive emergency communication strategy and approved several incentives for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), including increased floor area and lot coverage for deed-restricted units and reduced fees for affordable ADUs. The Council also received a report on a West Valley homeless services feasibility study and voted to support participation in an implementation task force.
