The past three months, our coordinator has neglected the roles of her... Oh, I'm sorry. The past three months she's... Oh, I'm sorry. It's basically to successfully perform her job duties that she's been, I'm not going to say neglecting, but significantly low. Like, as far as, you know, we have important roles that she has to meet as far as publishing agendas for the various code enforcement boards, ticket appeals, and things of that sort. We've had instances where things wasn't published. People weren't notified. We had to have hearings, you know, reset. You want to explain more? Good morning.

Basically, the six-month extension is to allow her the proper chance to take corrective actions as to the matters that she has not neglected but failed to meet. We will be meeting with her and giving her an improvement plan so she can go ahead and provide her the tools that she needs to go ahead and be successful. It's our hope. Okay, thank you.

E1, findings of fact concerning the whistleblower hearing on behalf of Alfredo Matias, former police officer, as it relates to his termination, effective January 27, 2022.

Good morning, everyone. Lynette Aguirre on behalf of the city. I just want to put on the record, I know that you all have a copy of the findings of fact that are the finalized version. I just want to put on the record that the city understands that these are the board's findings. We still have an objection as far as the actual findings because it's our position that they do not correlate with what the record evidence shows. The city's position, we're just putting it on the record for you all.

And the findings of fact basically before you is what we, the findings of fact basically.

I'm sorry, Robert Harris on behalf of Mr. Matias. And the findings of fact basically reflects the agreement as written between Mr. Matias and the city of Miami, the best we can agree to.

For the record, I met with both counsel and we went through the language of the findings of fact and To the extent that they agreed, I wrote it down, if I agreed with what they were saying. So this is somewhat of a compromise from all the parties, and I think it accurately reflects what happened during that day.

Notification from Chief Manuel Morales, Director, Department of Police, notifying Rudens Charulas, Police Officer, of the Department's decision to reduce the 40-hour suspension to a reprimand. Okay, hearing will be closed and removed from the board's docket. E3, copy of request to continue from Osnat K. Ryan, attorney on behalf of Daniel LaMattre, senior building inspector, as it relates to his appeal hearing concerning his termination, effective August 5th, 2025.
