I got another car my grandson's got, which is on a low part.

And he put on new batteries, that one, in the spring.

Yeah, the guy in the bike used to do a good job though. He did. He did. In fact, I broke down out there in front of John's house, and he helped push it across the street.

The person thought it was out of gas. Here, the cable for the accelerator broke. So I had to go get the bedroom boys, and we got them to put on our trailer. But he owns a couple hundred cars. At least of them. Let's start with a prayer with Pastor Stephen Hyder and Brother Lee.

I'm getting some pricing for the splash pad to put a ceiling in the mechanical room, have it insulated, and get an electric heater to hang in there for next winter. We had quite a bit of damage in that room. It took us probably close to a month and a half to get everything up and running properly. Changing out, scheduling, wiping it, split. I know it took some water from the heavy rains in the winter in the basement down there.

And some of that water froze on the floor, which did not do it any justice.

So getting pricing to see what we can do before winter hits this year.

First reading of Resolution 2026-26, that has been directed by its county auditors

a crew down there this year to set. We'll be responding, the primary crew will be responding from the station like we normally do. I will, I do plan on having a dedicated backup crew. I just wanted to thank, you know, here last, what's been a number of years, the lots of churches, several churches in town do a meal, Thursday night meal.

And I wanted to recognize them and also Lifeline, Steve's Church and Christ Covered and everything.

And then I know First Church of Christ, they do a meal on Tuesday night. So we got a lot of church out doing outreach with giving for those meals and they do it year round and they sometimes help each other. Mennonite Church, second Thursday is St. Michael's Catholic Church, third Thursday is Grace United Methodist Church, and fourth Thursday is the Hicksville Cornerstone Church, I believe, right?

So far, so good on all that.

Empower Church helps provide some meals when some of the other churches aren't able to.

So, like I said, St. John Lutheran, they do last Thursday a grab-and-go from 5 to 5

and being a part of the community um fair starting this month i said and sold his mouth schools get close to starting up to fair starts august 22nd so a little bit more traffic in town um help support the county fair since it's in hicksville and that's a nice uh asset that we have for our village um back to school breakfast hicksville chamber of commerce I have a question.

Tools for schools going on this Friday. Okay. Football players versus cheerleaders, they're collecting money, and I saw that they're also doing personal hygiene products as well this year, and then school supplies. So they'll be out on the streets, be aware, the kids will be out.

Out on the corners, intersections. Yeah, yeah.

Down on the main drag. Usually this, yeah, head up on the corners.

Yeah, so watch traffic, watch the kids out, and help give, if you can, to that project and So I appreciate that. So, um, yeah, well, it's a gentleman I had, um, Mr. John Hancock. I asked him to come tonight. He wanted to be on the agenda. I didn't have time to get him on, but, uh, I asked him to come next. He's running for a candidacy for county auditor. So I asked judge, maybe he can introduce himself here to a couple of people if you wanted to.
