Alright. So now we need an approval of the minutes from the previous meeting, 26Dash0308 for February 24.

0:481

Move to approve. Second.

0:50 – 1:180

We have a motion and a second. All in favor, say aye. Aye. Any nays or abstentions? There are none. The minutes are approved four zero. We do not have any public hearings or appearances today, and we have one action item, 26Dash0309, request to approve the 2025 annual storm water report submittal to the WDNR, which is due 03/31/2026. Can I get a motion?

1:181

Motion to approve. Second.

1:19 – 1:300

We have a motion and a second, so we'll go over to staff. What mic do you have today? All right. Go ahead.

1:31 – 1:561

Thanks, Jer. So we don't have anything in particular that we wanted to walk through or highlight. I will say that this is a very long running program. We've been under this permit for a couple of decades now. We don't really have any major changes to report. I know there's a lot of information that reports, so we're happy to answer any questions about any of that elements in the report or any of the attachments or anything like that.

1:56 – 2:100

Thank you. Any comments or questions from the committee? Have there been any changes recently with kind of the formatting or the interface for the report that are maybe helping us to save some time on anything?

2:11 – 2:291

No. Not in the formatting or anything like that, but much of the information is very consistent from one year to the next. So we have standard operating procedures. We kind of know the drill. I will say we've gotten pretty efficient at developing this report.

2:29 – 2:500

Thank you. Thank you for the work that goes into it each year. All right. With no comments or further questions, all in favor say aye. Aye. Any opposed or abstaining? There are none. That is recommended for approval four-zero. We do not have any information items. I'll move down to item number eight.

2:501

Move to adjourn. Second.

2:520

We have a motion and a second to adjourn. All in favor, aye. Aye. We are adjourned. Thank you all very much.
