Good afternoon and welcome to the Pittsburgh City Council's cablecast public hearing for Tuesday, July 28, 2026, relative to Bill 2026-0606.

Will the clerk please read the title of the bill? Bill 606, resolution requesting the approval of an intermunicipal transfer of a liquor license from McCrossin's Landing Pub, LLC, located at 13 Edsel Lane, Monongahela, PA, to the applicant, Silver Ashes Hospitality Group, LLC, located at 728 Copeland Street, Pittsburgh 15232, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code Statute 4-461.

And so we have an interesting situation here where we will actually be taking action as city council to extend the timeframe for hearing this particular bill. beyond the 45 days the council typically takes from the time of introduction of the issue. And we will waive those rules at our council meeting this coming Monday. and then reschedule this public hearing after public notice, sufficient public notice is given in the form of a placard on the premises notifying the public of this public hearing and all the other pertinent channels that are necessary for a liquor license transfer hearing. And that will be scheduled after our council recess. So stating that publicly that we will have a hearing on this, but it will be scheduled after City Council's August recess. So having exhausted the business of this public hearing, this meeting is adjourned.
