night 2026 here at the city of South Fulton City Hall and the community zoning information meeting will not commence because we do not have our applicant here at the moment our applicant is Mr. or Mrs. Ali Momin who's requesting a rezoner from AG1 to MIX to develop a mixed-use development featuring 11,000 square feet of retail and office space and 30 multifamily residential units on approximately 2.5 acres. This property is located at 3740 Jonesboro Road in Council District 7. Because the applicant is not here, we are going to end the meeting at this time. and we will revisit it next month or at another time when we have administrative direction.
