Councilmember Erin Aldridge was absent this evening, so Council votes will be based on the seven Councilmembers in attendance. The council took the next steps in the annual budget process, informing the county clerk it intends to exceed the revenue neutral rate of 21.948 with the proposed rate of 23.267.
