Recommendation: Accept the Budget Inventory Grant Award in the amount of $15,000 from the County of Santa Clara and authorize the City to act as a pass-through entity to disburse the funds to the Milpitas Historic Downtown Business Association for branding, marketing, and placemaking efforts in the Main Street area.

Recommendation: Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to negotiate and execute a Purchase Order with Golden State Fire Apparatus, Inc. to purchase one Pierce Manufacturing, Inc. Velocity Heavy Duty Rescue Vehicle for a not-to-exceed amount of $1,560,614, which includes vehicle cost, sales tax, California tire fee, and payment and performance bonds.

Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to negotiate and execute a Construction Agreement with Silicon Valley Builders Group, Inc., for Fire Tower Renovation Services for a maximum compensation of $398,396 and a term beginning upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed with estimated completion within 90 days.

Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to negotiate and execute a Construction Agreement with Silicon Valley Builders Group, Inc. for Milpitas Sports Center Exterior Modifications and Painting for $430,946, in addition to a 20% contingency amount of $86,189 subject to an executed amendment or change order.

Adopt a Resolution to Award Construction Contract to Golden Bay Construction, Inc. for Calaveras Median Beautification Project, CIP No. 3468

Recommendation: Adopt a resolution to (1) Award the construction contract for the Calaveras Median Beautification Project, CIP No. 3468, to Golden Bay Construction, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder submitting a responsive bid, in the amount of $568,766; (2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the construction contract with Golden Bay Construction, Inc.; and (3) Authorize the Public Works Director to negotiate and execute contract change order(s) in an aggregate amount not-to-exceed $85,000.

Recommendation: (1) Receive a Report on a Home Security Camera Grant Initiative; (2) Provide Feedback to Staff Regarding the Recommended Program Delivery Structure; and (3) Approve the Appropriation of Funds in the Total Amount of $60,000 to the Police Department's FY2025-26 Operating Budget.
