Staff recommend the City Arts Commission review and approve the Art in Public Places Ad Hoc Subcommittee's recommendation to site Metalfor at Sunset View Park on West Coast Highway and Superior Avenue.
Request to the Newport Beach Arts Foundation to Purchase a Sculpture entitled The Memory of Sailing
