1. Conduct a public hearing, and take the following actions: a. Determine that this action is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines. b. Approve a modification to the previously approved Winchester Subdivision Final Map to revise the Winchester Phase I Final Map's Information Sheet and Winchester Phase I Lot 20 Map to revise a portion of the 30 percent slope designation, subject to the Conditions of Approval, and direct the county surveyor to record a certificate of correction reflecting this modification.
