Thank you, Mr. Mayor Pro Tim. Um just wanted to take a moment to recognize that this is the um the National Association of Education for Young Children. This is the week of the young child. And um so I've asked my my um council lady colleagues to join me up here um just to recognize the fact that we have um we have a tremendous number of early childhood programs, early childhood educators who are doing a wonderful job in our parish and just want to be able to say thank you to them for their hard work. Um we value them. We value the important work they do. They are laying the foundation for our our children and um we could not be more grateful for their efforts. So, in honor of um of National Week of the Young Child, we want to proclaim that it is National Week of the Young Child for East Baton Rouge Parish. Any anybody else want to say anything else? Item number one, TA-1-26, Chapter 8, zoning districts, unified development code amendment to revise table 8- pudbud and icebud minimum development standards. Motion to approve carried 8 to zero. This is a small text amendment that revises table 8A in chapter 8 of the unified development code related to plan unit developments, small plan unit developments, and infill small plan unit development standards. Specifically, it modifies the maximum building height by character area for urban walkable in downtown areas. It modifies the maximum building height. Open space requirements for these developments were also revised to be more consistent with the incremental scale of standard zoning districts. The proposed language as always was handed out to the Federation of Greater Baton Rouge Civic Associations and to the Growth Coalition who both had no objection to the proposed amendment.
