planning board of B curet March 12th uh everybody please stand and recite the pledge I pledge allegiance to the flag the United States of America the flag repica stand to the rep for which stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all okay all right uh roll call please Lauren Le present Brown yes Diaz bowar yes Juliano yes sing Seward Fen yes Jardine here Dupont here Cent present we have a quarum correct Lauren correct okay Mr J can you read the open public meeting notice yes good morning everyone uh this is a special meeting of the planning board of the Bureau of perette and notice requirements that public meetings act have been satisfied in the following manner uh a um a copy of the meeting notice for this meeting was were was provided to two official newspapers of the buau and two additional copies were forwarded to the clerk of the buau uh for filing and for posting in a public case a copy of the this meeting notice and any revisions there too shall be mailed to any person who requests it and he pays the fee established by the
governing body to cover the expense of that m CH okay thank you Mr Jordine um Mr Jordine we have uh two memorializations of resolutions uh pb25 and PB 2309 can you please take us through that so we can rot on yes chairman these are uh both resolutions or both matters that were heard uh at the January 29th planning board meeting the first one was a site plan Amendment for Amazon Services located at 377 resos Avenue if you recall it was a very fast and very quick uh application that was approved unanimously by the board the uh resolution was distributed to the members unless there's any changes to it we would just need a motion in a second to approve a moot a motion to approve motion to approve first and second do we we have to P the board uh Mr jine or motion and second's good enough uh when don't we pull the board chairman okay pull the board please agot yes Brown yes Bellar yes Juliano yeah dup yes all right it's been approved okay next one Mr Jordine okay and the second matter if you recall this was uh Mr Dupont was seeking administrative approval with respect to uh pushing estate's urban renewal LLC this was an application that the board heard in 2023 with respect to 235 243 persing Avenue uh a mixed use uh residential retail project uh there were very minor changes uh to this project reducing the size and scope and so Mr Dupont brought it forth the board
approved it unanimous the the changes unanimously at the January 29th uh meeting so this is a memorialization of of that approval and we need a motion in a second to memorialize that any motion to memorialize motion to a memorialize who seconds it okay thank you pull the board please agot yes Brown yes Bella bar Check Yes Juliano yes dupon yes it's been approved okay new business uh Mr Jordine hearing PB 252 Roosevelt Avenue um call call them forward and Mr Jardine I think you have communications from this applicant yes I believe we have applicants Council uh here this is PB 25-2 Roosevelt Avenue Roosevelt lofs urban renewal LLC Mr kwasnik yes Mr Dine John kwasnik for the applicant Rosell law serban renewal LLC uh we have had some discussions and I believe there was an opposition letter filed by Mr trip who I see on the line today I'm going to be requesting an adjournment of this application right now to respond to that letter as well as I believe some other information that the um burrow may be looking for a conjunction with this application um Mr trip do you want to uh chime in I I do want to say Mr Quik I I uh given the concerns raised in the letter and some comments that you had made to me it's my understanding that you're going to re notice and republish correct and also there may be a request uh regarding a traffic study
now uh my client is looking for approximately 30 days uh to get that study in he believes he can have it done within that 30 report okay you want to be heard uh yes uh this is Stephen trip from the law firm of w Goldman in Spitzer on behalf of Meridian 2 LLC and uh Carterette Terrace LLC uh we are uh Property Owners within 200 feet uh practically adjacent to this property and uh I had as as indicated I had sent in our um a letter indicating with the notice now that the matter is being being adjourned um I would just request that we be provided with copies of the filed items my my client had some difficulty obtaining things from uh the planning office and and also obtaining a copy of the most recent Redevelopment plan which apparently is not available um on the web and copies are not available at this at City Hall at Burrow Hall either so we would put a formal request on the record that someone get in touch with us and and or coordinate with us so that I can get access to the complete file yeah and I would Mr JY Mr John Dupont just just a couple clarifications um I'm very familiar with Mr trip and and someone from bir and did show up to the planning office of which we gave them the plans and the complete submittal application and the Redevelopment plan I think the only thing that wasn't available in my office was the um a prior agreement but all the documents are available in our office they're always available and we work with that that um Mr dupon my question though is I have a plan the Redevelopment plan that's dated through
December 2021 Mr Jordine told me that there's a more recently revised plan we will certainly I'll I'll talk with beon complaining about that the most reason plan make sure if there is a a plan Amendment um it's not on the website and it was not available that's our that's our concern will certainly work make sure you had the most recent might okay so um Mr Jordine just uh um what what's our next step here uh well coup a couple just things chairman first of all with respect to the applicants Council I want to make sure that he understands that um any additional items that he's going to submit must be submitted to uh Miss Karen the board's secretary um so that they can be put on the uh the Barrow's portal uh at least 10 days before the hearing um and we should talk about what hearing date you're looking to have um and that goes the same thing for you Mr trip I think if you are going to be presenting uh the testimony of any Witnesses or any experts we'd like to have that up as well so the public can access that uh Mr chairman there is a a certain and somebody who's logged on who has their hand raised so I don't know if chairman you want to deal with that now it may be another objector he just took it down the hand raise okay and I think uh chairman we just have to talk to Mr quas clasic about when he's looking to have this rescheduled for I presume they also uh would like a special meeting for this we would like a special uh meeting with serg D I just have to coordinate dates with my experts and I can get back to you within a few days as to what dates they they're
available yeah just just get back to us you know as soon as possible so we could coordinate uh meeting dates and times not a problem Mr chairman I I I'll give a call to everybody today and try to get some available dates okay okay just have because it's you know day we have to make sure that we have a quorum and all that and I want to give you enough time so that's why I'll get a few dates from them too in case everybody yes a quum or professionals are available and you know so we so we're properly prepared correct right yeah so I think that's it John I don't know if there's anything else on your end nothing else for me so we are officially what are we doing Mr Jing with this application so it's it's uh well the application applicants requesting that it be Ted and presume is okay so yes so we're tabling this to um the next meeting or whenever the applicant is ready to present uh his appliation chairman I probably need at least 30 days to provide additional reports well you contact you know Mr Jardine and Mr dupan and uh coordinate the uh your efforts yeah and and you'll you know you'll probably want to get an updated 200 foot list just in case anything's changed you're have res yeah new updated list res send all the notifications out just start from beginning not a problem Mr chairman okay okay all right thank you Mr okay not a problem all right so the motion is Ted now uh do we have any other business to discuss Mr jardim or Mr Dupont nothing for me you're you're uh
