All right. So, welcome to the uh town of Rville Planning Board meeting for November 6th. Um, tonight's agenda is the James public hearing executive session and then meeting adjournment. Um, so for the James Minor subdivision, I see we have all the mailers back. So, thank you very much. Appreciate that. um for the purpose of uh opening up the public hearing and for some of our members that were not here at the last time that you were here, could you just provide a brief overview of the um your proposed action?
Yes. So, I'm proposing to subdivide my 57 acres into two plots. One will be 15.23 23 acres. Maybe that maybe I'm not doing the math right. I'm a little brain dead right now. Um, one will be 37 acres, one will be 15.23 acres. So, that I think comes out to 52 acres. Um, and the smaller uh um the smaller plot will include um the vineyard that is on the property now. So, it's the 3 acre vineyard plus 12 additional acres that'll make up the 15.23 acres.
And Janette, do you have your mapping with you today or No, I gave you all that I had. Okay. All of those all of the um uh new the new I gave you all of those. Mary, would you mind asking Vicki just to grab those. But I think before we while we wait for those maps for the rest of the board, um could we open up the public hearing? Yeah.

We have all the other documents that we need, but for the purposes of you guys looking at it tonight, um I'll get those maps. Um Right. But I do want to ask the board if they have any questions for the applicant at this time before we take final action on the application. All right. Um I accept a motion to approve and take final action on the James Minor subdivision based on um all the information that we have and the shed um being included in the resolution um to be moved at the setback.

So, are you comfortable with me signing tonight's date on that? And do you feel you have enough time to file at Albany County?
Um, so what exactly am I filing those the maps and the paperwork? Yeah, I mean I can't advise you, but yeah, you'll file the maps and then you'll file your new deeds and return a copy of the deed here. Oh, okay. Okay. Yeah. I mean, I'll have to come back to do that because I'm leaving on Saturday, so I won't have time together. Do you have an attorney that you're working with? No. Okay. I think the point was the clock the clock starts once she signed. So, you have to within 62 days as opposed to if you wait and the clock starts when she signs
when I sign it. So, I can wait right Andrew to sign it until you come back. If you will be under the gun. Um, but I I want to be able to move forward with this subdivision. So, if I wait until I I'm not coming back until April. Yeah. So, if you want to do anything before April, right, then and sign it. I will find a way to file.

So, we do just have to ask you to leave, but um I'll be really quick, I promise. So, I'll come out and sign all these and send you on your way and I can bring these out for you.
