Request for approval of warrants for payment of claims against various county departments as follows:

County Council Appointments and Letters of Acceptance for:
○ Douglas Wilson appointed to the Clark County Historic Preservation Commission, effective immediately to June 30, 2029
Request approval of an amendment to the current Interlocal Agreement between Clark, Cowlitz, and Wahkiakum counties that formed the Workforce Southwest Washington Investment Area.
Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign Amendment No. 38 of the CBM Systems, LLC, Janitorial Services contract to add janitorial services for the Center for Community Health – Coastal Community Action Program Landing Pad Suites, located at 1601 East Fourth Plain Boulevard, Building 17, Vancouver.
Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an Interlocal Agreement, and any future amendments, with King and Pierce counties for Neuropathology consultations on infant deaths and decedents with evidence of traumatic brain injury or neurological deficit diagnosis.
Request approval of a resolution for the temporary road closure of SE Blair Road between SE Krohn Road and SE Washougal River Road to excavate and reconstruct the roadway, not to exceed 15 days.
Request approval of a resolution for the temporary road closure of NE 159th Street from the intersection with NE 182nd Avenue to the Hockinson High School entrance on NE Parkinen Road for the Hockinson High School Homecoming Parade on September 18, 2026, not to exceed one hour.
Request preapproval of a one-time budget increase of $328,400 in the General Fund (Fund 0001) to cover the increased cost of the Interpreter Services Program (PG0557) in 2026.
This increase is related to increased caseload and the Interpreter Services Program being located over two physical locations since January 2026 and going forward. This is a shared service District Court provides between District Court, Superior Court, Juvenile Court, Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Defense Counsel, Jail Services, Battle Ground Municipal Court, and Camas/Washougal Municipal Court. District Court is making this request before the 2026 Fall Supplemental, as current budget funding is projected to run out in September 2026. District Court will follow up with this request in the 2026 Fall Supplemental for the appropriate budget appropriation and utilize existing budget capacity until then.
Request pre-approval of a one-time budget increase of $422,400 in the General Fund (Fund 0001) to cover the increased cost of District Court’s Electronic Monitoring Program in 2026 and use existing budget funding until budget appropriation in the 2026 Fall Supplemental.
District Court is requesting this funding in support of ongoing collaborative efforts of the criminal justice stakeholder partners to provide options for pretrial release conditions in both Superior and District Courts. This request is being made before the 2026 Fall Supplemental, as current funding is projected to run out by end of September 2026. District Court will follow up with this request in the 2026 Fall Supplemental for the appropriate budget appropriation and utilize existing budget capacity until then.
