The Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting remotely until further notice—the video/audio-conferencing application Zoom will be used for this purpose. Notice is hereby given in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Sections 11 and 15, a virtual remote public hearing will be held by the Rockland Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss alleged violations and/or non-compliance of the applicant/owner, William T. Barry and the business known as “The Banner” with the provisions of a Special Permit issued by the Rockland Zoning Board of Appeals dated April 28, 2023 that authorized the operation of an establishment where alcoholic beverages are to be served and approved certain parking at the premises at 167 Union Street, Rockland, Massachusetts, including under §415-13(A)(2)(a), Accessory Uses: Parking: §415-13(A)(3)(b), Eating and/or drinking establishments where alcoholic beverages are to be served; and §415-89, Special Permits, to operate an establishment where alcoholic beverages are to be served and parking. The property is located in the B-1, Business I Zoning District, §415-13, and the Downtown Rockland Revitalization Overlay District, §415-21.2, of the Bylaw, and is further identified as Lot 84, Map 45, on the Rockland Assessor’s Maps. The current owner of the property is 167 Union St. LLC.

The Rockland Zoning Board of Appeals (Rockland ZBA) will be meeting remotely until further notice—the video/audio-conferencing application Zoom will be used for this purpose. Notice is hereby given in accordance with MGL, Ch. 40A, Sec. 11 and 15, that a virtual remote public hearing will be held by the Rockland Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 7:55 p.m. on the application submitted by Renee Armstrong/Dog Walkah Pet Services LLC for 64 Shaw Rd, Rockland, MA 02370 for a Special Permit pursuant to Zoning Bylaw Section 415-9.C (11) Uses requiring special permit: Commercial boarding or training kennel and to meet the standards set forth in Zoning Bylaw Section 415-38.3 Kennels other than personal Kennels and Section 415-89, Special Permits.
