ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:

The newly elected City Council Member Place No. 1 will receive the certificate of election and take the oath of office at a later time to satisfy the requirements for qualification as a council member. For ceremonial purposes, the newly elected City Council Member Place No. 1 will receive a certificate of election and be administered an oath of office at the May 18, 2026, City Council meeting.
