Design Review and Tree Removal Permit application to demolish the existing 2,247 square foot single-family home and construct a new 2,910 square foot, one-story single-family residence with an attached one-car garage on a 10,350 square foot lot in the RS-10 zoning district. Four trees are proposed for removal. The proposed project has been determined to be exempt from further environmental review under Section 15303 (Class 3, New Construction of Small Structures) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.

Six protected trees are proposed for removal.
