County Board of Supervisors called this meeting to order on June 9th, 2026 at 9 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors meeting room 120, located at 2150 North Congress Drive, Nogales, Arizona, 621. At this time, Ms. Campana, would you please lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance?

Mr. Manager, are there any changes to the agenda?

Consists of confidential discussions with attorneys or staff for possible direction. Unauthorized matters, no action is taken until the public portion of the meeting. Number one, pursuant to ARS 38-431.03A3 and 4, discussion and consultation for legal advice and or direction regarding all litigation matters related to the embezzlement by the former county treasurer, Elizabeth Gutphar, including updates on all related litigation and affected district positions.
