I would like to make a motion to excuse Mayor Prom Gutierrez from this meeting and our 5:30 regular meeting. He has a uh attending to family death and attending services. A second. Uh there are two of your bargaining groups that are listed on the agenda that we will be speaking about tonight. And your second item is a uh close session with regard to public employee appointment uh with regard to the position of city manager. If there is anybody in the audience who has questions about either of those two, they could ask them at this time. If not, we can recess into session.
