Approval of the city council September 8, 2026, the 26-982 September 10, 2026 special meeting minutes, and the September 14, 2026 regular and executive session meeting minutes.

Approval of a recommendation by the New Braunfels 26-1059 Economic Development Corporation (NBEDC) for a five-year lease with the City of New Braunfels for trail and park access.

Approval of a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with 26-1096 Software One for citywide software licenses.

Approval of agreements for On-Call Disaster Debris 26-1115 Removal and Removal Monitoring Services

Approval of a license agreement between the City of 26-1099 New Braunfels and Cotton Crossing Owners Association for the purpose of allowing non-conforming signs and supports to be utilized within the right-of-way.

Approval of a resolution of the New Braunfels City Council designating certain officials as being responsible for, acting for, and on behalf of the City of New Braunfels in dealing with the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department for the purpose of participating in the Local Park Grant Program, hereinafter referred to as the “Program”;

certifying that the Applicant is eligible to receive program assistance; certifying that the Applicant matching share is readily available; and dedicating the proposed site for permanent (or for the term of the lease for leased property) public park and recreational uses.

Approval of a resolution setting a public hearing to be 26-951 held during the City Council Meeting on Monday, October 26, 2026, to consider approval to update the City of New Braunfels Roadway Impact Fee Study, including land use assumptions and the capital improvements plan.

Approval of a resolution authorizing the City Manager to 26-1037 enter into an Advanced Funding Agreement between the City of New Braunfels and the Texas Department of Transportation for the Waterway Lane Hike and Bike Trail as part of the Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside Program.

Approval of a resolution giving consent to the issuance of 26-1149 Unlimited Tax Bonds by Comal County Water Improvement District No. 1A, Unlimited Tax Road Bonds by Comal County Water Improvement District No. 1D, and Unlimited Tax Road Bonds by Comal County Water Improvement District No. 1F.
