Thank you, Andrew. Paul Nguyen, chief economic development officer to kick it off. This is an introduction you'll get, today, we are going the second of several retail photo tours. You may recall, four door these retail photo tours was the request from this committee to be allowed to go out to different parts of the city, extending beyond downtown, which we often receive a lot of comments that are overemphasized in downtown. So today, we'll be taking a narrated tour of the Hesperian Retail Corridor narrated by my team, Javier Castro, who's done a tremendous amount of work.
