All right, we'll go ahead and call to order the July 21, 2026 meeting of the Temple Planning Commission to order. We have a couple of members out tonight, but we have finally made it back to having a full planning commission. And we want to welcome our newest member, Mr. Robert Stafford. He's already been sworn in by Mayor Johnson. So Mr. Stafford, thank you for your willingness to serve, and thank you for being here tonight. We'll go ahead with a roll call. Ward 1, Gary Thomas is present. Ward 2, Ronald Woody. Ward 3, Troy Hollingsworth. present ward four Calvin Waters present ward five Robert Stafford at large Taryn Bivens we have a quorum I would like to direct your attention to item number nine on the agenda and request a motion that we amend the agenda to eliminate item number nine tonight since we need the full group here for the training I'll make a motion to amend item number nine I have a motion by Mr. Waters to remove item number nine off the agenda. Item number four, approve the minutes of the May 19, 2026 Temple Planning Commission meeting. You received those by email and also a copy in your packet. To approve the final plat for Ridgeland Trail or Briar Leaf Place, council voted, and their vote was five to the final authority on parcel joint. So there was no decision by council. And that's it.
