To provide case management software in the amount of $9,500/year. This company is assuming responsibility for the application/software services previously performed under CDI/BTM; the contract terms are identical; the cost will be covered by the 2023/24 Indigent Defense Grant.

Approval to submit a request to the PA Department of Community and Economic Development to modify our current 2024 Emergency Solutions Grant

This amendment includes moving $38,600 out of the Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Component to Homelessness Prevention Rental Assistance and moving $23,709 from the Homelessness Prevention Financial Assistance line to the Homelessness Prevention Rental Assistance line. These changes are necessary in order to meet the current funding needs in our ESG program, with authorization for the Chairman to sign the amendment request letter.

Approval to enter into a Consulting Services Agreement with GFT Infrastructure, Inc.

For the DCNR Grant for Ash Stop Park in Forward Township in the amount of $38,000 (fixed price) for the period 2/16/26 - 10/31/27. The project includes the installation of a 2,640-foot-long paved, six-foot-wide ADA walking trail within the front (or West portion) of Ash Stop that is currently an open space. The ADA paved walking trail would connect to the existing one-half mile Mary McElhinny walking trail that follows the course of the Connoquenessing Creek on the East portion of the property. The plan will also include an improvement to the existing Mary McElhinny trail to ensure ADA access. The project will also include ADA access and ADA parking spaces, landscaping, trash receptacles, acknowledgment signage, benches and other related site improvements.

For the period 6/1/26 - 5/31/28 to provide certain assistance with respect to the maintenance, repair, and/or evaluation of new or existing security equipment, in the amount of $20,870 for year one; and $21,288 for year two.
