I'd like to call the Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting for June 17th of 2026 to order. Let's start off with our roll call, please. Chair Koeschel? Here.

Commissioner Duchamp? Here. Commissioner Gauthier? We have quorum. Thank you. We will go ahead and start with our Pledge of Allegiance.

All right. As mentioned in our study session, next on the agenda, unscheduled public appearances. Members of the audience may address any item not on the agenda. However, state statute prohibits this commission from discussing an item not on the agenda. But we will listen to concerns that you may have and have staff follow up on issues or questions you raise. Is there anyone in the audience who would like to address the commission regarding an item not on today's agenda? All right. Seeing none, we'll move on to our consent agenda. The items listed on our consent agenda were discussed during the study session held prior to the meeting. The Commission will vote on all items on the consent agenda together in one motion and one vote. Is there anyone in the audience who would like to speak on any of the items on the consent agenda before the Commission votes? SEEING NONE, WE WILL GO AHEAD AND I'LL GO AHEAD AND REQUEST IF THERE'S A MOTION FOR OUR CONSENT AGENDA. IS THERE A MOTION?

All right. Thank you. I would just say thank you to everyone who came here tonight and certainly wishing everyone a happy 4th of July and 250 years of celebrating our amazing country. So hopefully everyone has a chance to celebrate that here coming up in a few weeks. and we'll look for us staff do we have any comments david lauren okay um so we'll look forward to seeing everyone back here in these uh council chambers for our next meeting july 15th at 5 30 and look forward to seeing everyone then and we'll adjourn this meeting
