General Public Comments

a. Acting as the Board of Directors of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the County of Monterey, approve and authorize the Director of Housing and Community Development, or designee, to execute Amendment No. 1 to Standard Agreement A-16389 with West Coast Arborists, Inc., to provide fire fuel reduction vegetation management services at the East Garrison Historic District to extend the Agreement term one year to June 30, 2027, update certain provisions of the agreement, and increase the Agreement amount of $74,772 by $50,000 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $124,772 with no change to the Scope of Work; and b. Authorize the Director of Housing and Community Development to execute future amendments that do not significantly change the scope of work or increase the Agreement amount by more than 10% ($12,478), subject to review by County Counsel.
