Sure. Dear heavenly Father, thank you for uh, today. Thank you for our safety. Thank you for uh, allowing us to to gather and to meet uh, and to be free. Uh, Lord, protect us today. Protect our elections. Uh, Lord, help us to do your will each and every day. We ask your blessings on this meeting. Yes, these things in your name. Amen. Amen. I'd like you to do the roll call. Okay, so I won't read every one of these things, but I'll go through it very clo- quickly for you. You have Forest Park phase 2A and 3A, Forest Park phase 7. Forest Park phase 1 section 2. Forest Park and and let me stop right there for a second. The first two were preliminary plats. The third one, Forest Park phase 1 section 2, that's a final plat. You have also another final plat Forest Park phase 1 section 3. Lincoln Rockland final plat. And then Imperial Square section 1 lot 4 and section 4 lot 3. Wawa, that's also a final plat. Let's see, what else is there? Yep. So now let's move on down. The next ones that you have is site plans, which is 134 Shivel Drive site plan. And also Lincoln Rockland site plan. We got more. In and Out Moving Supplies site plan, Rugby Fields Pavilion extension site plan. And then the Wawa site plan. So all of those are on our consent tonight. And now I just need a motion if you all have one to offer. Okay, and it's a it needs to be to approve with all staff comments. I move we accept the consent agenda with all staff comments. Again, all of these are approved, so I'll hit them very quickly for you guys and go over them the highlights. But Hendersonville Business Park Lot 3, um Stonecrest Phase 5 Section 2 and 3 elevation amendments, W.A. Shivel Addition Lot 1, 2, and 3 final plat, uh West Main Exxon Beverage Cooler Addition site plan. So, all of those are staff level projects that have been approved. And then the next thing we have beyond that is staff level projects pending, C.L. Powell Addition Lot 17 and 18 resub final plat. And the back of the page is TBN Millennia Cottages final plat, 645 East Main Street. So, those are everything that we have outstanding tonight. Last thing we have, unless anybody's got comments, questions. All right, planning director comments. Yes, thank you, Mr. Chairman. As you can see on the agenda tonight, there were a lot of items on the consent. This is fairly rare, but this is a very positive thing. There's a lot of variety things that are on there, but nobody was asking for waivers that needed needed to go through, which we typically, you know, have somebody doing that, as well as
the everybody agreed with all of the the numerous staff comments. So, typically that is not the case, but it just happened to line up this evening that that that that was the case. So, other than that, I just do want to mention we mentioned earlier before the meeting, we want to congratulate Chris that got promoted to within the within the fire the fire department, and we just really really appreciate the opportunity we've had to work work with him, and just wish him the best as fire marshal, the new fire marshal for our community. So, congratulations, Chris. And that's everything that that I had, Mr. Chairman. I don't think I've ever sat in a meeting that was this quick. All right. Now, I just need a motion for adjournment.
