All right. Good afternoon, everyone. I'd like to welcome you on behalf of the City of North Miami to the paid opening for the solicitation titled IFB number 272526. This is for the septic to sewer improvements project phase 2 of that project. My name is Alberto Estrada, and I'm the procurement director for the City of North Miami. And also here with me this afternoon for this bid opening is the engineer for the City of North Miami for this project, Ms. Yadley St. Fort. Also from my office, the assistant procurement director, Ms. Ebony Daniels Graham. And from the city clerk's office, we have Ms. Martha Rodney, The bids were submitted to the City Clerk's Office, so we'll now proceed to open the bids. There were three sealed bids that were submitted on a timely basis, and they are from the following companies, All Construction Plumbing, Mark Dan Inc., and Master Road finishers. So we'll go one by one. We'll open up the bids and we'll read them. This is just reading the bid numbers. Our office will then have to review and vet each one of the proposers and make sure that they are also responsive and responsible bidders in accordance with the solicitation. So let's proceed. The first one will be all construction plumbing. Okay, so the first bid from all construction. All construction and plumbing Inc that's the actual name all construction plumbing Inc and their bid is for the base bid is 2 million 400,000 and $10 2 million 400,000 and $10 that's where the base bid And their number of the base bid and the alternate bid, should the city choose to accept the alternate, is $2,420,010. $2,420,010. So that's the opening numbers for All Construction and Plumbing Inc. I just put the first one. Okay, we'll proceed now to the next bidder. And this is for Mark Dan, Inc. Mark Dan, Inc. So the base bid price from Mark Dan, Inc. is $2,236,240. $2,236,240. And their price with the alternate, in other words, the base bid and the alternate is $2,291,240. $2,291,240. And those are the prices for Markden Inc. Okay. And last but not least, we have the bid submitted by Master Road Finishers Corp. That's Master Road Finishers Corp. The base bid from Master Road Finishers is $2,319,692,000. and three cents. Let's not forget the three cents. Once again, $2,319,692 and three cents. And Master Rhodes' price with the alternate, in other words, the base bid in the alternate is two million $349,877.03 Again, $2,349,877.03 So there you have it. Once again, that concludes the bid opening. Just one last thing I wanted just to reiterate. Those are the reading of the actual bid numbers, but our office will have to then review each of the proposers to ensure that Again, that they have satisfied all the requirements of the solicitation.
