None. Okay, special presentations. I guess if we can, guys, as I recognize you, if there's anything car show related, let's just wait to discuss about the car show. So is there anything besides the car show that you would like to discuss? Can we bring up the 64?

So the day that we held the 9-11 on Saturday morning event, We had a chance to myself, Lewis and our chair to go station 64. We visit that and we actually took measurements and just kind of have an idea or so specific to what we're looking for as far as the competition. In addition to that, the station logo is right now that. So I think we agree that it has to incorporate the station logo. So I thought it was a cow, but it's a bull, right? It looks like a hole. Yeah, close enough. But yeah, I think it's going to, it's a pretty, size-wise, I think it's pretty, pretty good, pretty reasonable. And luckily, I introduced Carlos, our chair, to the firefighter that basically he's the, I guess, does a lot of the stuff at the station. So again, he's 100% on board and definitely looking forward to that.

So if we can, um, and that's pretty much item, um, you know, six, eight, I think that as a committee, we need to, we voted on the idea, um, and essentially push, push it forward. Uh, there's been a conversation already with the Miami Laker that they're going to put it out there. Uh, we're also going to do it on social media, um, as well as the town. Uh, one thing that we have to consider is, um, the age limit or the age minimum. So, how do you all feel about the age minimum to be a high school student?

Or eighth grade and up? Because there are some talented kids in, I mean, all ages.

Yeah, the concern that I have is when you push it down to eighth grade, then all of a sudden it goes into middle school. And then you're like, I have. But I mean, does anybody else have an opinion on that? I'm thinking red tape or red tape for middle college, maybe high school, so high school. Okay. Johnny, any suggestions, commentary?

I'm not going to be able to do it. Okay. I really like, it should be high school. Okay. And then I'm a different mindset. It is something that if you put them out there, but at the same time, it should be something serious, right? A quick turnaround, taking a kid from eighth grade, it's kind of like, right?

Speaking of turnaround, what do you all feel about October 31st doing deadline for the artists to submit? I don't know that you were going to do it that day, you know, did I hopefully?

No, no, no, no, no.

I've been doing it different there, you know. Yeah, we're not going to Halloween, we're going to do it next. Right. So the reason why I'm saying October 31st, just because, you know, by the time the Laker puts out the article, that gives people about a month. Yeah, that should be enough. Okay. And the whole idea is that they'll submit it to us. We'll pick, you know, I guess, whatever it is, top three, and then submit that to Miami-Dade Fire. Are we going to vote or are we going to post it to vote?

You have to vote at your regular meeting?

No, no, no. What I'm asking is, are we going to be the one voting or are we just going to post it and people can vote? An Instagram.

I would say off-sported. Yeah, and I recommend it, say, like to the station. When you say Miami-Dade County, we're talking about station 64.

Preferably, yeah, I mean, just out of courtesy and respect to the other, that's three shifts. So definitely, I would say maybe, probably, yeah, involve them. Involve them. You know, these are the, you guys, it's, and that's typically what we do. Even when something so simple as a logo, a station logo, we'll come up with different designs and basically collectively we'll, you know.

And I think it's a good idea if you can get the logo. Like we took a picture of it, right? If you have, someone has the logo, it would be good to have it because I'm sure when they reach out to you, they're going to ask that question. Do you have a logo for us to incorporate in our drawing? We have the picture, but if they have like an APA or vector file or something like that. No question.

So will they be supplying the art supplies or will the artists have to supply art supplies?

In the Laker article, you're going to incorporate the logo that needs to be used so they know.

They've been sent the logo. So the artists know? Yeah. So what we did is we went over there, measured, and took a picture of the logo. But I know that more than likely, that's going to be the question to Jaylene. Hey, do you have the original logo so that we can incorporate it? Because in the picture we took it, it's like on a door. So it's not as, you know.

Yeah. Also, the verb is specific to, I think we all agreed on, non-CAT-GBT, you know, AI-generated. It's got to be original. Right. It's got to be public safety themed, if you will. Obviously encompass the station logo. And even the way that we can just word it where, you know, it's technically it's a public, fire stations are public. So it's, you know, a way to kind of sell it to the, hey, it's going to be displayed in a public, you know, fire station. And obviously their name or that little, there's a little area there that I thought it'd be a good idea to maybe do like a little rendering. You know, this was, Designed by whatever artists with their signature on there that you know Yes, yes, that's that's good.

Hello. Hey, no, I just want to say that the 911 went very well, I think. You know, nice small points a event. that we have every time, every year. And I think it's just, it's just, you know, having the actual firefighters that were there, they made the big question, you know.

So having gotten them, kudos to you guys for that. Yeah, he was, he was really on the fence about coming. You know, for him, it's just a lot, you know, to deal with on that day. You know, lives are lost, friends, you know, he was even telling me about the daughter of one of the people that passed away was, you know, really upset calling him because of the ceremony that my father, that he even got a bill named after him. He wasn't even recognized, you know? So he's saying that he just, you know, it's a huge burden for him to feel that day. And I was extremely grateful for him to come out, you know, and it wasn't just him. It was Steve Portnov as well. That was another triple film that was also there. So, I mean, it worked out beautifully. It's funny. I actually had a lot, a lot of calls after saying, you know, how good we did. So, You know, I'm proud of the job we did. I do think, and I'm glad you brought it up, there is, I do need help from the committee and maybe we can, you know, we'll talk about this in our next meeting, but we need to figure out how we get more flags. There was a lot of damaged flags. So we can step up our game next year to have more flags, probably more outdoorsy flags, because these are more like indoors and they get, you know, damaged pretty quick. So definitely plan a little earlier for that next year. But it was great. I mean, thanks to you guys. You guys were, and thank you. Carlos was actually on it because I was able to change my notes to the way I introduced and that worked out very well. Now I know the proper posture to do that. And state troopers came through, which I thought was awesome. You know, love having Damien there, you know, and it was great. Now, you know, it's interesting. I don't know if I told you, Darwin, but they didn't want to park the ladder on the grass. that it was too heavy. Correct. But I was telling you, I was like, the angel was there last.

Yeah, but I mean, and we'll just, yeah, there's an actual policy that came out because of that. Not specific to this incident, but yeah, so they tried it with rain and, you know, the fact that it was raining and... Yeah, yeah. No, it made sense for that one, but, you know, for the future. Right, yeah, yeah, yeah. Obviously, if the weather's good, then maybe, you know, find something maybe alternative. Right, cool. Yeah, but it worked out great.

So I guess we're good with that. Yes. And thank you again for your support, you know, coming through with the honor guard and everything else. And the whole, we had the whole, our whole department was there. So they were very supportive as well. So it was good to see everybody. Okay. Moving along very quick. The logo that you see right here. Okay. We had a little bit of an issue. Okay. The logo that we have all loaded on is seem to be AI. I mean, and Johnny would really be the one to smoke it. Okay, so what's happening is that when we gave this, gave our logo to the vendor that's doing the RFID pouches and doing the new tablecloth, he's like, hey, listen, I just can't, I can't fix it. There was a lot of back and forth with e-dollies to fix it and she couldn't get it. So he did us a favor of coming back with this. Now, what is the difference between this? and our logo that we voted on. It's right here on our agenda. So, yeah, the stars, the stripes, he says, are the ones that are kind of like, you know, throwing off the pics. It becomes pixelated when those things are added. So, I mean, the committee, and really I steer this more towards Johnny being the artistic person in the room here. I guess, Johnny, do you have any comments? Are you okay with this? Do you want to add something to it? I don't care.

That's why I say that because of the... all the graphics and designs in it, it needs to be screen-printed and now embroidered because it's not going to take you all those designs and those different details. I can create a file, but it's still not going to come up unless you do screen-printing on it. If you see, I did it with screen-printing and it came out good. They don't have an issue if you do it with a spring print. If you do embroidery, then it's going to give you an issue because it's not going to pick up unless you do it completely white and not the colors. That's the issue. Well, this is not even for the embroidery of the poles. So then he don't know what he's doing because look, I have this logo and it's more complicated than that one and it came out good. And if you do spring printing on the front is lasers, leaning on them, it comes out the same way. So whoever's doing it doesn't know how to do the setting. Because this perfect example is this one. And that's the logo. And then I added this to it. And it came out good.

Yeah, he's actually texting me right now. He's watching the meeting. He's saying even screen printed is pixelized. Well, look at this one.

And I added more stuff to it. And when I put it in the computer, it comes out perfectly. Yeah. But it's up to you guys. Do you guys want to do that? The only difference is what is missing is the... We have to make sure that our branding is universal. So if you go ahead and do this, like this will be our logo from across the board. Yeah. So.

My question is, why can't, why do they take out the stars on the red when they're keeping the stars in the circle as well? Wouldn't that affect the ones in the circle as well? Question mark?

So, it's extremely pixelated, and anybody that does printing or engraving or anything of that nature, whether it's screen printing, it's going to be pixelated. It's going to look really bad. I can add the stars and the little stripes back if you guys want. But it would be factored versus pixelated and rastered, if you will. I mean, those are the technical terms. You have raster, which is pixels, and then you have vectors. So I can add the stars back. It's not going to look exactly the same, but I can add the stars more or less and add the lines, and it would be nice and neat and crisp. But it's up to you guys. Matthew?

I have one question. I like the stars and I don't like the stripes things.

Did you want to do maybe two or three stars for red leaf? Because I thought that looked cool too, but it was uneven how there was one star here, two stars there, three stars. It didn't look balanced at all from a design aspect.

I mean, the other thing is, guys, I've seen, I've been looking at different fire stations. They don't, you don't have to do stars and stripes. You can always put something in here that's different. I mean, again, I'll defer to Johnny. Hey, I know you like the design. It's up to, you know, do you, to you, right?

Well, the problem is that we can't wait for the end of the month to put on something. So if we are ready to take it on that.

The question that I had was that for the stars that are still in the circle, how come they can be, I guess, part of the design, but the ones outside, is it because the ones outside on the red leaves are more detailed?

So, the reason the The actual Maltese from the fire department does not have them, so I did not include them. But this is completely redrawn from scratch. This is not... I sat down, I took the time of not charging you guys for this. I sat down, I redesigned everything from scratch. I have the police department, the sheriff's office logo. I have the fire department's logos. So this is all put together. My dime, and if you guys want those stars back... Like I said, I'll do whatever you guys are asking.

Yeah, I just sent it to, oh, sorry. Here. Yeah, here we go. Again, this is all, you know. All right. Cars for Heroes. Very important. I know it's been a long time guys, but we have to be very cognizant of what didn't work and what did work. Okay. So here's what's going on right now. I'm going to start with the hardest thing. I'm going to start with the vendors. The vendors were a lot of work. Okay. Now there's a, there's a pro and con to this. The pro is that Diego who runs the farmer's market has agreed not to charge anyone. So what he's doing is, essentially, he's saying, hey, listen, Carlos, I will put it on my website, which goes out to everybody, and they have to contact me. I request someone to handle this part. I cannot handle emails. It's too much. Because they all start hitting me up at the same time, and I'm dealing with sponsors, I'm dealing with police departments, I'm dealing with a lot of stuff. So he's giving me a few examples of what to do. The one example that he told me to do is we can do a landing page with the town and the vendors input their information there and then we can spit it out. Or what we can do is we can have someone designated on this committee that will put their email and deals with the overload of all the vendors applying. And the whole idea is that we need to have someone that has a Word document or an Excel that kind of goes ahead and keeps a tally. And then we'll come to the committee meeting or a subcommittee meeting and say, okay, guys, this is who we have. And we kind of go through and on the screen, you know, we'll go on their Instagram or we'll go on the website to see who they are and we approve. By the way, the only negative that we got from our car show last year was the vendors, believe it or not, because people wanted more robust vendors. Now, when I told the person that gave me that comment, Well, maybe the first one is to say that he was a brown shirt. Um, you know, it wasn't, it wasn't him. Uh, but I said, you have to understand that we have to have the vendors so vetted by the reps because they don't want the competition to the people on mainstream. Now, do I have a volunteer that will be able to say, I will put my email and then that person will be working with the vendors. Okay. I have.

Okay. I'll do it. You'll do it. Yeah. Okay. All right. So the idea is Johnny is that you, so the process is you have to keep a tally. Um, the vendors that are applying, we already have a few that have reached out to Jaylene. Okay. What ends up happening is that some of these are vendors that sell, and some of these are vendors that just want to post up and showcase their business. Right. So for example, some of the people we already have, uh, interested are craft eight lit energy. See what ends up happening here is that you have people that are competing against each other. So you're like, okay, we're not going to have two coffee people. That's just not going to be cool. So we've got to put two up. You know? Zen Canine Club, they were a sponsor last year. Now they just want to be a vendor. They just want to be in the area where the vendor booths are. So someone will need to start now having their, oh, sorry, Johnny will start having their roster for this. And the idea is, Johnny, I'll send you what we have for, well, we don't have to worry about that yet. But once we start approving vendors, they need to have $2 million policy, $2 million, $1 million, I believe. Okay. And they have to name not just the town of Miami Lakes, but the ground companies. Okay? So we're going to start doing that. Now, what you all need to be aware of, like, perfect example is Darwin and also you two, Deputy Avedores, you guys are doing other events with police and fire. If you see somebody that catches your eye, you're like, this will be an awesome vendor, have them reach out to John Lee. Because that, you know, it could be a very good person to apply. Like, for example, the River Cities event at Miami Springs had really good gutters, you know. So, you know, and some of them are like cornerstone to Miami Lakes, at least for me. And again, as a committee, we'll vote on it. But if I have someone that is like a real, real, like committed person to the town of Miami Lakes, I'm going to pick that person. Like, perfect example is Ashes to Ashes. You know, we have competing cigars. I'm going to pick him because he's always here in Miami Lakes. Yeah. So, you know, I'll definitely pick him. But that takes a lot of work. And as we start getting the information from them, we'll have to go ahead and, you know, you know, making sure you're keeping it in a safe place, whether you have, I guess, in your personal computer, Johnny. And then we have to send, I believe the town also will want to see the insurance documents. I believe that's what Isabella said.

Yeah, we have to vet all of the vendors.

Do we have template emails to send out? What we'll do is we'll work together with Diego and to make sure that you're going to put your personal email on there. And now, for the most part, the way that we were approached is the gram companies are very comfortable with Diego. Because Diego is one of those farmers market. So anybody that comes from his network is vetted to them. So they feel very comfortable with him. And then when we go ahead and approve them as a committee, then we give the insurance information to you all. And that's your vetting process. So that's the idea of what we want to do. That's now vendors. Now, when it comes to sponsors, I'm going to be the one heading that up with the sponsorships. I will be keeping a roster with that. I'm going to be going to the same people from last year, you know, just to kind of give you some of the ones. And you know what? Now, actually, I'm being kind of silly here because I actually have a listing of last year's. Now, I will tell you something. Me personally, it's a lot more work doing it like this. You know, thankfully I have Johnny to help me in this now because there's a lot of, I don't know if you guys noticed, like I know probably Kiki for sure, when you go to some of these events at Veterans Park, is it just you, but some of the vendors don't make sense? Like a sushi place that sells ice cream?

Or like Boba.

It just doesn't really jive, you know? So a lot of times what we have done, like other committees have done, like they go to family food trucks. Yeah. And personally, his selection of people, I don't think they're the best selection for some of this stuff. So now we have control. So we literally can say yes or no, what we want to do. So that's the good thing about this process. It's more work. But we save the money for the broker fee. And yeah, John.

But you brought up last week that we got restriction based on And really, I don't know why, but, uh, for example, if piece of place, we cannot do a food truck or pizza because the main street is a piece of place and it's competing with that person. So do you guys have that, the lesser restriction or like if somebody reach out into three, like, oh, okay. I have, uh, uh, kind of saw a food truck on all because you're there, you cannot participate. Okay, so here's the thing.

Some of these people that, for example, pizza wants a good one. And by the way, this list also has to be ran through the graphs. It's not just us. For the most part, they'll be flexible with some people that might be competing. Because, like, for example, you know, I mean, I don't know, but, you know, pizza's seen us. Proud of them. They're packed.

No, I know, but for example, if we bring out a food prep, let's say a burgers or stuff like that. And that's what we really need this year. I know because Francesca is in the corner and they sell burgers. So that's a no.

You know, it kind of depends because like, for example, if you say burgers, the place you're kind of competing with is 1910. No, but Francesca does sell burgers too. They do? I think so, yeah. I mean, I never got into burgers. I always get burgers. They're chickens.

You've got to go down a manual and pick and choose who's duplicating what the other one's doing. If they pay their money, can't they just get a spot and go from there?

Well, that's a great condition. We're using their property, which is very nice of them, but we've got to be careful about the competition. So we have to, I think the proper posture is just go with whatever we want. And then we send it to them and say, yes. And they will say, yes, sir. They might be open to it. Because first example is we have cars procured. They do what I'm saying. Yeah.

Our procure is to bring everybody in the room. Yeah. And they even charge you a whole bunch of money to go and drink and an evening. And nobody said nothing. So we can do something like that. We can.

We can. Well, the drinking thing is a little different.

No, no, that's what I know, but I'm talking about food part.

Again, I'm sure we're doing this as a second round now. It's the second round. I'm sure they'll be more comfortable with us. I think that the main part is transparency. Just making sure, but I want to discuss something that Diego brought up to me. We're charging $100, and I saw this last year, and I'm so glad he brought it up to me. We're charging $100 for vendors, and Louis knows because he parked them. Those food trucks are triple the size of what someone's paying for $100. So I do think that possibly if you're a food truck, it needs to be worth it.

I don't see why not. Okay. So remember the last year, remember the last year we said that there was a trial period because there was a person. And now we can... Even with the registration, we can play with that number and see how it goes. Oh, you want prime real estate? This is more. You want this? This is an extra. So you can do like extra. Oh, you want this? Okay, so an extra. But then the minimum 150, we can put it 150. I don't see what people are doing. Oh, no, all right. No, that's pretty good.

It's an increase. And so, I mean, at this point, I mean, Jaylene, can we take, can we save 150 for the food trucks or do we have to wait for a regular leave?

Yeah, you have to put 150 on it. But I can... If it seems kind of like I can start creating like a new one. Yeah.

I mean, essentially it's going to be just, you know, an additional like, you know, 150 for food trucks. At the end of the day, guys, we're not going to charge them anything now until we approve them. They have to be approved first. Because once I tell Diego, where's the cutoff? That's another great question.

I haven't heard the cutoff.

about the cutoff for us to to have who's going to be who's going to be who's not let me tell you we had we were accepting vendors last year all the way to the variance again that's what we need to submit those to approve so what's the cutoff for us well what i did is i would have a rolling one more time you were what rolling like a rolling schedule so i would say hey guys here's what we got this week or every two weeks i would send it to the reps

Here's what we got. But that's my question. Some of them will be like, oh no, you're already past your time. You need to submit it by this day. But if they don't have a problem until the day before, they'll be like, yeah, go ahead. No, no, let's do it.

I think October 15 has to be. For now, let's just do October 15. That's what I think we should do. How about 31st of October?

You can. I like that. It probably gives you two weeks. Here's the whole thing. Right now, we will be putting people on the last minute. But at least it's one or two.

The issue is that when you start voting, you start voting on people that are moving them, and then someone comes in, and you're like, oh man, this guy's much better. That's where it gets complicated. That was very, very, very hard. What am I talking about? People are giving me puzzles. We had firefighter awards. We had a police officer award. And we had a best of show. And then we have another one where the councilman was going to get it. So at the end, I got like 20 different papers from 20 different groups. And then I was like, yes. And then we started counting. It was a mess. But my question is, this year, we need to assign somebody for police and somebody for fire that does something for the person, right? Well, what we're going to do is this.

And this is where I need the talent. We're going to do a private QR code that's going to be given to fire, a private QR code that's going to be given to police. They use this code to vote by their phone. And then the website will be the ones tallying the votes. Not us. The website will tally the votes. And then we will have a best of show. I'll type in QR. It gives it to the best of show people that are like the car guys. I mean, not for anything, but I know those guys pretty well because I'm hanging with them constantly. And then you have the people's choice. People's choice is everybody, and that's every tree, and everybody's just going to be putting it through. But we're doing the QR code phone. We're not doing paper, brother.

Yeah, because last week, our paper thing, it was... I was like, that sounds like a year out of my life. Yeah. Mind you, you're a number guy. And I was like, what are you doing? Yeah, so yeah, that's that.

So in other words, we need to start now implementing that. Even to a point where there's been conversations for a whole year that they want to challenge who the people's choice was. That was not the issue that we got last year because I have one of those machines, so we didn't use them. But the issue here is that I cannot use my account. You need to be the Miami Lakes account. Yeah, but here's the problem. We only had one device. I understand that, but that was the whole issue. That the reason that we needed to use the Miami Lakes is because I cannot have funds from the city into my account, and then I'll be like, okay, let me give you the check or whatever it is for the amounts. You need to go through the time. So that was the issue that we had last year. That's a valid answer. Like, no, you got to go through us. And we only have one machine cost that particular day. Right. But here's the thing.

That device is also a problem. Why? Because that device does not have a built-in Wi-Fi. You have to connect to your hotspot. Which will create a problem. So my question is clear. So when she visited us, it was her first meeting. I said, hey, is there any way we can contact our vendor and get a loan? That has already a Wi-Fi in it. And here's my thing. I want two of them.

Because I want... How do they do it in program? What they do, the dances and stuff?

No, no, no. Because when I go and they do the raffles, then you can do $25. They give you a, is it a Venmo or one of those? And then you pay it there and it goes to there, to the Venmo.

Okay, so for the walkie-talkie, the regular walkie-talkies, which is what you guys will be using It's basically the same thing as what we have You can have the walkie-talkie with a cable connected to it that goes to some sort of mic You can have it with a cable that goes to your ear. So that thing has a little button that you hear. You've probably seen it at the stores. Like at the store? Restaurant. I've seen somebody pressing here and they're talking like that. There's a newer one too that's also wireless that we've a little more expensive. You can have it to the walkie and then it's straight to your direct. And then it has a button that you can put somewhere else. I mean, you have the whole gamut. What you need is the walkie-talkie.

Yeah, but we need that. Everybody needs to be able to have these. We were getting lost last year. It was really bad. Basically going here and there and this and that. And then when Darwin had his golf cart there, if not, we would have been out of gas. So we got to figure out, you know, how. So you're saying that our regular walkie, you can put the adapter? Yes. They sell everything for them.

The easiest one is a cable that goes onto the walkie and doesn't even have a way to transmit. You have to press the walkie, but you would have it in a place that's more accessible. You don't have to connect it here and then you're pressing it on the walkie and then it's going through like that. Can we bring the walkie next week to make sure to see what the battery is?

I would love to do 15,000, maybe 20,000, 20,000 might be a little much, but you know, um, the whole idea of this is, you know, the more we raise, the more money we have to operate and the more money we have to donate, you know, to, uh, the different causes, you know, to the PBA and to the firefighters and whatever other organization we decide to do that to. Um, so. Okay, so we've discussed quite a bit. Now, we do have some homework with the walkies. I mean, so you're saying that we should probably look at purchasing? Is that what you think? Because those people might not be able to do it?

No, I tell you that there's other committees that have done that, and it works because, you know, you have control of your equipment.

That's the problem that all the committees that have dealt with that before always say, no, but when we try to use them, there was only five of them or two were broken and then they weren't charged.

If you're able to pick them up, you don't have time to charge them. Let's say overnight and passed about. Now you're busy the next morning passing out walkies when you're supposed to be in the house.

You kind of half answered what I'm about to ask. So if let's say Kiki and I are at the registration desk and she's got the list of people who have registered, they've signed up, they've covered everything. And then you have another person who takes care of the paperwork that we don't have, which would be a registration or a waiver or any other things, at what point do we have to say you didn't register in time because you didn't give us what? Anything or we'll take all comers? We need to... I think we need to be very strict with our rules. Otherwise, we're going to get it right in the neck.

All right. The way you do that, I have something for you. Stickers on the cars. So people that come in, they have to have a number sticker because that's what's used for voting. If they registered in advance. No matter what or the day of.

When did they get the stickers?

We give it to them at the entrance. I supply it. Yeah, I give it to the guys. Actually, the committee can probably pay for it this year because that's something I thought of at the last minute. But yeah, we have a sticker. Now, if somebody is pre-registered, they don't get an additional sticker. But if they're a day of walk-in, they will get an additional sticker, which will be yellow. That way, you know the volunteers will be on the gate. And the volunteers were actually really good at that last year, Drew. Which was unfortunate because they actually got a lot of lit from somebody who didn't want to sign the document. But yeah, the volunteer would literally go up to the car and say, hey, you need to register. And they would come with the release form and fill it out. But how do we know we're having a pushback? Yeah. From who? There was some guy that was really having a follow-up volunteer. Maybe that was before I got there. No, no, no. You were handling the front. Because at some point, I need the front and I start floating around.

And I was floating around answering questions and whatever. And there was one guy that was just not happy. I went back. Wow. He was not going to fill up. Oh, I know. He's your money back. Okay.

Yes. The release forms are essentially that they're putting their insurance information and they're, you know, signing a release form. Yeah.

So he's only there to sell his car.

Day of walk-ins, whatever you want to call it. After they dealt with us at the front, they went someplace else to register. That's Nancy. Which poor Nancy was slammed. Keep the whole thing together. Whatever form you use for registration and release, keep it as a packet.

Yeah, but what ended up happening is that they never went to go see Nancy. So what they did is then the volunteers were following up and saying, hey, you need to fill this out, da, da, da. I don't know. I'm debating if an iPad would be easier. If they just give them the iPad and they fill it out. I just don't know. The only iPad I know of the town has is the one in the entrance.

That's the only one I know as well.

I don't know if we can even use that. And it might even be Wi-Fi capable. Sorry. What's it called? It has the built-in whatever hotspot signal.

Yeah, because the day of they come in, they want to partake. Can't we give them a registration packet at the front? You can't. When they walk in and have everything in there and when we put the sticker, hey, you have to complete this and return it to, I mean, still, they don't want to do it. They're exactly able to not do it.

What? And they're just going to go park their car. And they're never going to get back to you with the paperwork. Because they got busy or this or that.

They do a pretty good job of personal care. I got to tell you. But for whatever reason, in our event, maybe because of which I've made it.

I don't know enough about it, but we've got to close the gaps. Otherwise, we're just going to have a V-heading. And it's not fair to the people who followed the rules. They're tap dancing like crazy for us to our tunes. And then you've got somebody who just pulls up, parks his car, and has a good old time.

But the problem is, you know why, Nancy? Because historically, car shows are not pre-registered. They're not.

Well, we tell them if you're not registered, you're not eligible for the prize of if your car wins.
