Trip down memory lane. Okay, we're on. Very good. On the record, city of Franklin, open door. Notice on the unsafe building hearings on behalf of the city, who do we have on our first agenda item of the compliance hearing with regard to the Chancellor Ulysses property?

Uh, Alex schedule, uh, senior planner for the city of Franklin. Um, this month, we actually have no update to give you yet on the champ Ulysses process. There's been no change to that situation since we were last here. Um, so we, we will look to getting, get that underway this next month. Um, that has been kind of our stance here. Um, We did get an update on the other case Clay got the other day.

Are you talking the early lane address?

The early lane, yes. On that one that we will actually be hearing, I guess for the initial hearing next month, that the state fire inspector actually was just down there the last couple days. So on that one, that one is still being investigated. But that one is underway as well. The property owner has been... working to get it demolished but can't because of inspections that are still occurring there. Okay. Otherwise, there's been no update on those.

So we don't really know anything more on this property?

Not on this one, we don't.

Either from insurance, mortgage, or property owner themselves? It does not appear that it's occupied, but it's hard to tell. Our last information from last month was that it is at least partially occupied.

He's occupying the house, yes, is what we're understanding.

So we're told, okay.

That's what the mortgage company had determined some way or another. They had determined and that the, I was told that, uh, they had not started any kind of floor foreclosure process. So apparently he must be somewhat staying update on his, his mortgage and his property taxes and everything.

So, okay. So roll this then to the 17th and see if we have something new.

We'll show the matter is then reset for and tabled till June 17, 2026. Sounds good. Anything else today for the good of the order?
