Good afternoon. This is an important part of what we do during the tax sale process. We want to make sure the taxpayers have the 14th Amendment rights protected to due process. These folks do that for us. So those homes that are still eligible for the sale August 6th, that weekend, will receive a sign in their yard. It will be, not only will there be a picture taken of the sign, we will create a digital file. There will be a digital embedded geo data file created not only with a dropbox account but also on a thumb drive so each property subject to the sale will have time and date stamp of the time they were noticed in the yard in addition to the other four notices that we're doing currently and have done already. They do a great job. Once they finish with us, they'll move to coordinating this with Jasper County. So they will go from Cass to Jasper the weekend of the 6th, 7th, and 8th of August. This is the contract for our properties here in Cass County.

Yeah, so this is our FEP contract. We get it every year. It's a five-year blocking contract. This is an amendment to extend it to the second year. There's a couple small changes they've made. One of the items is their tangible property is going up to $5,000. It doesn't really affect us too much. We don't really buy anything with the funds from this contract. We use it to pay our preparedness planner and a small portion of our office manager. It's just the back end for that position.
